Yoga Asana Alignment Class with Kelly Haas

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

All levels of yoga practitioners welcome! This class includes mindful movement with physical alignment instructions. We will practice with gratitude for Mother Earth and the abundance of her natural gifts. Please bring your own yoga mat. Blocks and a yoga strap or belt also recommended, if you have available.

Sound Bath With Swan Michelle

Created by Swan Michelle, this is a Swan River Yoga original. This sound therapy, lying down concert is meant to recalibrate the nervous system and cleanse the energy body while in conscious stillness. Consciously, through listening, the healing benefits of receptivity are activated. 

In yoga, sound, called “Nada Brahma”, or listening, was the original form of healing. This is both an incredibly creative and unique experience to bring the family to in silence and a deep reset of the sacred for you. It is a very inviting way to experience yoga as most all beings can experience it!
