Booking the Whim House includes access to the Whim house from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a maximum of 20 guests. Any form of amplified music is not permitted in the space. Glasses and water are provided. Prosecco or coffee services are available. Outside food and drinks are allowed. All belongings including food, drinks, hangers. clothing items, and trash must be removed at the end of the rental. A fee of $150 will be charged for anything left behind.

Booking the Yellow Garden includes access to the Whim House and Yellow Garden for 4 hours for a maximum of 25 guests. Any form of amplified music is not permitted in the space. Glasses and water are provided. Prosecco or coffee services are available. Outside food and drinks are allowed. All belongings including food, drinks, hangers, clothing items, and trash must be removed at the end of the rental. A fee of $150 will be charged for anything left behind.
